How to Participate

Share a short video, images or a write up that explains a project or idea you recently worked on social media using the hashtags #IStudyAtSQI, #ShowYourWork, #SQICodingSchool 

Share your work on multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and tag using the hashtag @sqicict

Additional links to your project can also be added to the post shared on social media.

To qualify, you must be following SQI on all our social media platforms.

Eligibility

You must be a current student at SQI to participate.

Your submission must be original and solely your own work.

Judging Criteria

The following criteria will be used in grading your submission

Functionality: Ensure your project integrates usable features and components

Innovation and Creativity: Ensure your work is original and innovative. This will also include using unique approaches, creative design, and evidence of problem-solving.

Impact and Practicality: Your project’s relevance to real-world issues and its potential for real-life use will also be checked as well as if it can be feasibly deployed or adopted.

User Experience (UX): Your project will also be checked for user-friendliness and intuitiveness, including the design of your user interface and overall visual appeal.

Following a thorough review by our judges, the top 10 selected participants from different departments will be announced during MindTalk (second Monday of each month).

Please note that even if you’re not chosen as one of the top performers, it’s still a win for you as you and your work would have gained more public recognition, hence more doors of opportunities.
