2024/2025 Post UTME Screening

Whether you are a student of Arts, Commercial, or Science, you are welcome to apply. Our programs are open to all disciplines! Additionally, applicants with Awaiting Results or those who did not sit for the 2024 UTME are encouraged to apply. Just ensure all required documents are completed before the end of your program.

– Candidates who chose “SoftQuest Incorporated (SQI)” as their most preferred (1st) Choice Institution in the 2024 UTME and scored 120 and above are eligible to apply for the Post UTME Screening.

 Also, candidates who did not choose the “SoftQuest Incorporated (SQI)” and are willing to change to the Institution as their most preferred (1st) choice are also advised to apply for the Post UTME Screening.

– All applicants are required to have a minimum of five (5) credits in either WAEC, NECO or GCE O’ Level, which must include English Language, Mathematics and any other three (3) relevant subjects as may be specified by each department. The five (5) O’ Level credits should be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.

The details are as follows:
– Registration Commences: August 10, 2024
– Post-UTME Exam Date: September 6, 2024
– Time: 10:00 AM
– Registration Fee: ₦2000

Important: Only applicants who have completed their registration will be eligible to sit for the examination.

• Obtain JAMB form and select SoftQuest Incorporated (SQI) College Ogbomoso as your first choice of institution.
• You can proceed with a change of institution at any JAMB-accredited center (or visit our office for guidance) if:

i). You did not select SQI College of ICT as a choice of institution.
ii). You did not select SQI College of ICT as your first choice of institution.

To commence Application and register for Post-UTME:
1). Visit edu.sqi.ng/post-utme
2). Click on “Register for PostUTME” to go to the registration page
3). Create an account if you do not have one already.
a. Fill up your details (Please note: Enter only valid personal phone number and email address then create your password. Ensure to use a password that you can easily remember)
b. Click on Dashboard at the top left corner on the admission portal and select the “pick course” option.
c. Under the Select a Campus option, select Yoaco, Ogbomoso campus.
d. Select the NID, National Innovation Diploma Program (2 years) under the “Select a program” option.
e. Pick your preferred course Under the “select department & level” option and proceed to “save course”.
f. Proceed to pay your application fee of 2,000 NGN by clicking “Okay” on the pop-up message.
g. Under the payment method, select “Debit Card” option if you are paying with an ATM Card, click on pay to select your preferred payment method from the available options.
h. However, if you already make a payment/transfer into the institution’s bank account. Keep the receipt, and select the “payment slip upload” option, under the payment method, then upload the receipt from your phone/computer, and click on “upload slip” to upload the receipt.
4) If you already have an account, click on Sign in, input your email and your password, and then carry out the process from 3b. – 3h.
5) Click on the “Personal Info” option and proceed to fill in the required information (Ensure you input the appropriate information where necessary).
6) Click on the “Education” option in the tabs, select the “Add result” option, and proceed to input your O’level results, a minimum of 5 credit passes and a maximum of 9 credit passes. Kindly omit the “post-secondary educational institution record” option.
7) Click on the “Referee” option in the tabs, select the “Add referee” option, provide a minimum of 2 referees. The referee is someone we can contact or be responsible for you. (your Parent, Guardian or a Close-Relative is appropriate).
8) Proceed to upload the necessary documents on the “credential upload” option in the tab, and select “Add upload”. Input the name of your upload and choose the Upload type at the top right corner to choose the upload type (Testimonial, Local government ID, Birth certificate, and any other available documents).
9) Prepare and get ready for the Post-UTME Screening (Test/Interview).

Note: When you have successfully completed all the above steps, you will be the college shall communicate further details to you via your contact number and email address.

Direct Entry to 200 Level: Secure direct entry into the 200 level of any university of your choice.
